Kevin is a Treasure Valley native with more than two decades of experience as a foreman, superintendent, and general contractor. Over the years, he has worked on hundreds of residential and commercial projects throughout Idaho, giving him firsthand knowledge of the area’s construction standards, site conditions, local expectations, and common building challenges.
That experience matters when building a custom home. Every lot, layout, timeline, material choice, and construction decision carries weight. Prominent Homes helps clients think through those details early, so the final home feels aligned with the property, the budget, and the way the client wants to live.
